Refund/ Cancellation/ Exchange Policy

  • In No case, refund would be provided once order is confirmed.

  • In case, goods delivered shows/ displays any manufacturing defect, the same should be brought into notice of Labhyatech systems, with relevant video and photographic evidence, within 48 hours of the delivery

  • Only manufacturing defects would be replaced , only after receiving back and in house inspection of the goods. In case, any tampering/ damage/ external modification/ internal modification/ etc is found, then item in same condition would be delivered back to the customer(reshipping charges would be borne by the customer)

  • Items exclusively in warranty period should be managed within warranty period, and in order to claim, no external/ internal modifications/ damage should have been done.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to upkeep and maintain the items purchased till the warranty is valid, The term warranty comes with indemnity clause. Hence due care should be maintained.

  • In case of exchange of goods, value at par/ same valuation goods would be exchanged. In case, the value of exchanged goods exceeds the initial purchased goods, the difference of the amount has to be borne by the customer itself.
